A Peace Corps Volunteer in Tapa, Estonia from 1998 to 2000 and an English teacher in Tapa from 2006 to 2009, I was a Peace Corps Response Volunteer in Tbilisi, Georgia from 2015 to 2016. Below is my attempt to record and share what I saw in this developing country and its capital city.
